The payment of the booking deposit is an acceptance of the following conditions.

1) Booking Deposit - If we do not receive your deposit we are unable to secure your holiday dates.

2) Final balance is required one month before the check in date failure will cancel your holiday and loss of booking deposit.

3) Two forms of identy one being a recent utilites bill with your address and the second requires a photo identity to allow you to stay.

4) Care Bond - Is to protect our property, fixtures and contents this is refundable from the check out Date. As long as you return our property back in the same condition and repair you will receive back your bond.

5) Anti-social behaviour - from making too much noise to causing an obstruction to others while parking your car.

6) All thefts will be reported to the police.

7) Parkdean Resorts rules apply.

8) Personal effects and items damaged or lossed is not our responsibility or our insurance company.

9) Vehicle parking is limited to one you are not allowed to park on the roads or grass verges. Only the overflow car parks.

10) Due to our allergy free status no pets or smoking is allowed. You will be charged £100 for a deep cleansing bill and asked to leave.

11) There is a maximum capacity of 8 persons include children to stay in our holiday homes. Failure to keep within these numbers invaludates our insurance and the Resort rules. Any extras will be asked to leave by Park Security.

12) The Park entertainment passes are not included in the hire charge. These are available to purchase from Parkdean reception. We can order them if required for check in day. Week £26.95 per adult £22.45 per child under 2 year olds go free.

13) No barbecues are allowed on site or near the caravan or decking. Only on the beach.

14) Cancellations - full hire credited to your next suitable booking dates. Refunds of booking deposit excluded. But can be transferred to another booking date. In the event of COVID restrictions a partial refund for the remainder of the holiday hire disruption.

15) We encourage you to take out your own holiday Insurance cover.

16) Our holiday home has up to date gas and electricity certification. We also have in place public liability insurance cover. This does not cover damage or loss of your personal possessions.

17) CCTV will be in operation only outside the holiday home. You may wish for this to be switched off during your stay. The CCTV will cover your vehicle/s parked and any attempt to access your vehicle by any person. Park Security will be notified and dispatched.
This also includes any attempts to break into your holiday accommodation day or night. There is no auditable alarm.

19) No charging of electrical vehicles from caravan, Please use resorts charging at the main car park.

20) No ball games around caravan please use beach or resort designated areas.

21)Only one private parking space is provided. Visitors should use parks overflow parking areas.
